Business is competitive. Bill Rosado is a competitor of the highest caliber. He was a member of the 1976 U.S. Olympic wrestling team, a Gold Medalist in the 1979 Pan American Games, and a Bronze Medalist in the 1981 World Championships. Bill was an NCAA All-American at Arizona State University and was inducted into their Sports Hall of Fame in 1987.

Bill and his team of professionals are disciplined, accomplished and experienced inside the arena of Payroll, Human Resources, Risk Management and Insurance Services. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantitative Business Analysis while serving as Captain of the ASU Sun Devils’ Wrestling Team. He founded ManagedPAY in 1995 with his wife, Reenie, after gaining 12 years of experience in the payroll services industry. In addition, Bill earned certification as a Dale Carnegie Sales Course Instructor, and he represented his industry association, NAPEO, as leadership chair for Nevada. This training has proved valuable in leading his team at ManagedPAY, several Cub Scout packs and numerous youth wrestling programs.

Bill is a respected leader in the community who generously gives his time, talent, and resources to his profession, the Las Vegas community and the sport of wrestling. He is an active member of the Las Vegas Executives Association and the Vegas Chamber of Commerce. ManagedPAY also does the payroll for the Chamber.

Business is also about precision and attention to detail. Maureen “Reenie” Rosado is a competitor of the highest artistic precision. She was an accomplished collegiate diver and received a full-ride scholarship to the University of Denver. Under Title IX of the Equal Opportunity in Education and Sports act of 1972, Reenie was one of the first women in Colorado to compete in an all-male collegiate sport. Her expertise on the board and in the air resulted in representing the University of Denver at the 1977 NAIA National Collegiate Diving Championships.

As CFO for ManagedPAY, Reenie’s responsibilities include the company’s state and federal tax payments, weekly 401(k) contributions, quarterly and annual tax return filings for PEO clients, and payment and census reporting for ManagedPAY’s multi-employer retirement plan.

Off the books, Reenie is a proud member of Blue Star Mothers of Southern Nevada in support of the armed forces. She also served for a decade as the Head Referee/Judge for the Clark County School District Diving Meets, was a member of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) and a long-time Cub Scout and committee leader.

In addition to her financial acumen, Reenie holds an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from the College of Southern Nevada.

Carolyn has a background in Business, HR and Administration. She has owned and operated businesses in Canada and the US, as well as a culture ambassador and training specialist. She also competed as a figure skater in Canada and then coached for several years prior to moving to the US.

Carolyn has 20+ years in HR/Gaming and 15+ years in regulatory licensing/compliance in multiple jurisdictions in the US, Canada, UK, S. Africa and Australia. She holds a 4-year technical degree, AS in Legal Studies, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Teaching Certificate.

She is experienced in Human Resources, Regulatory Compliance/Licensing and Legal Professional. Carolyn has been the project manager and lead on restructuring and synergies/cost recapture in the millions of dollars.

Carolyn has a passion for teaching/coaching and believes in giving back to her community. She has been a volunteer member instructing Junior Achievement J A in a Day events since 2010.

Carolyn is a SHRM member, an Advisory Board Member for Rothbury Capital, NALA member and ABA member. She is ACP, CP, RG and FCPA certified.

Ana has been with ManagedPAY for 8 years. She supervises the HR team and supports the COO. She works closely with our clients’ largest asset, their people. With over 10 years leading successful teams, Ana offers superior customer service to our HR clients and brings a dynamic approach to the HR group. Ana partners with clients offering value-based leadership and strong HR support. She provides direction regarding the development and implementation of policies and procedures for our clients’ day-to-day operations and for new clients onboarding with us. Ana is a member of SHRM.

Linda Perry

Director of Safety

Linda coordinates safety and loss control for ManagedPAY’s PEO clients. She provides customized general safety workplace program manuals for individual industries, as well as work-site hazard surveys, assisting in implementing corrective measures. Linda works closely with workers’ compensation insurers, employers and employees, to manage claims. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree and has a Master’s of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University, and holds several safety certifications including UCSD OSHA Training Institute’s Professional Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health, General Industry and Construction.

Senior Manager, ACA Compliance and Client Onboarding Specialist

Marge brings a broad spectrum of experience and disciplines to ManagedPAY. She has over 20 years of high-level administrative experience in human resources, policies and procedures, employee relations, benefits administration and client support. Her background includes technical, retail and logistics client groups, as well as contract administration and several years of ethics and compliance experience in a hospital environment.

Kristina handles oversight of payroll processors, tax management, payroll client onboarding and end-of-year employee W-2s processing.
