ManagedPAY recognizes its responsibility to maintain the privacy of information supplied to us by our clients and the worksite employees and takes this responsibility very seriously. ManagedPAY fully adheres to the federal Privacy Act of 1988. Personal information supplied to us by our clients and the worksite employees is only used for the specific purposes for which the information is supplied unless otherwise required or authorized by law.
